Prices:
Prices shown are current at time of publication. Where changes have occurred, prices prevailing at the time of shipment will apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotations:
Our sales and customer service departments welcome quotations for laboratory set-ups and multiple-unit orders. Your inquiries are welcome and appreciated.

Payment Terms:
Payment terms are Net 30 Days on approved credit, F.O.B. warehouse or point of manufacture. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. C.O.D. orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee plus shipping charges. AMEX, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.

Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order at BioExpress. Full case quantities or minimum quantities may apply to non-stock or specialty items.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. warehouse or point of manufacture. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We ship by the most efficient and economical means available. Extra charges apply to HAZMAT and dry ice shipments.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
If you would like to return an item, please call BioExpress customer service or contact your local representative for an RGA number. All returns must include an RGA number, include original packaging and be shipped prepaid. Items older than 30 days, sterile, or special order items are subject to review. A 15% restocking fee applies.

BioExpress accepts no responsibility and shall not be held liable for loss, damage, expense, consequential, or accidental damage. This includes the damage to property, person, or premises resulting from these products.
