EPPENDORF Vacuum Concentrator 5301

The 5301 concentrates DNA/RNA, nucleotides, proteins, and other samples quickly. Quickly concentrates up to 96 x 1.5/2.0ml samples, 144 x 0.5ml samples, or 2 x microplates. Operates at less than 60dB with the pump on. Automatic vacuum release prevents sample loss due to bumping and foaming. Aeration mode maximizes evaporation and prevents condensation buildup. Choice of four heating levels (30°C, 45°C, 60°C, and ambient) allows safe and effective concentration. Three “aeration” modes reduce processing time up to 20% by matching vacuum level to sample solvent. A clear lid allows sample viewing and seals chamber without grease. Stackable rotors attach without using tools. The Vacuum Concentrator is available as a complete system with vacuum pump, a complete system with external vacuum port, or a basic unit for connection to a vacuum source and trap. All pump functions are fully controlled by the concentrator.
