Supplier: SHELDON MANUFACTURING CO

SSI10 8070529 9960515 8070528 8070527 8070526 SSI10R
The SHEL LAB SSI10 and SSI10R delivers all the features of the SSI3 Benchtop and SSI5 Floor Model Shaking Incubators, with even greater load capacity

The SSI10R is ideal for room temperature or below ambient condition applications. It includes a long-life refrigeration compressor, so it delivers stable conditions to 20ºC below room temperature.

These state of the art orbital shaking incubators feature a universal lift-out shaker platform, which accommodates a wide range of flask clamps, test tubes racks and micro titer plate clamps. To better support the load over years of use, we utilize four load-bearing positions for optimal weight distribution. For maximum load flexibility, the unique counter-balanced weighting system is adjustable to accommodate off-center loads and varying capacities.

The unit performs from 30-400 RPMs with a smooth quiet oscillation. The door of the this unit is designed with hydraulic pistons making it easy to lift during loading and unloading.

Ordering information: 2 Year Limited Warranty.

Delivery information: VWRCATALYST™ offers validation services including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocol development and execution, as well as asset management and calibration services (US only); call 888-793-2300 for more details.

SERVICES

Services: Calibration Services (Single and Multiple Point- Conducted Prior to Shipment at Sheldon Manufacturing. Not on Customer Site)–We offer ‘Calibration Service’ where we calibrate the temperature to a customer stated set point. The test configuration uses multi-point thermocouples (9 probes minimum) usually with 4 run minimum stable run times. When a customer wants multiple temperatures, we can test these parameters, but the unit can be calibrated only to one set point at a time. We will require the final number at which the unit will be calibrated when it ships. The documentation will show data for all requested calibration set points. Standard documents are Certificate of Calibration and graphs (shipped with the unit and .pdf version for email if needed).

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT, Conducted Prior to Shipping at Sheldon Manufacturing. Not on Customer Site )–The FAT is a customized test procedure for different types of systems and the tests are executed at the factory. The actual test details and elements are specified by the customer and agreed to by the company so that the test protocols are mutually specified. Prior to delivery, customers want to make sure that equipment operates as intended without disturbances occurring on site. In achieving this, customers are therefore able to verify that all specifications and contractual requirements have been met. In some cases, the customer may want to witness the testing as is the case with FAT. This is a custom quoted service for each type of test needed (i.e. CO2, temp, RH, load configuration, etc.).

Certificate of Conformity (Conducted Prior to Shipment at Sheldon Manufacturing. Not on Customer Site )–This is a serial number specific testing option which is done to verify the unit will perform to and meet all stated specifications. This includes Hipot, Ground Bond, Current draw for max settings, and calibration (when applicable). Testing is designed in such a way as to verify all operational aspects, but we may not test each specific attribute (for example, the unit max current draw and controller operation will tell us the unit is capable of heating to max temperature without actually heating to the stated max temperature). Standard documents are Certificate of Conformity and QA check list (scanned and kept on file). Additional Offering is the QA Check Sheet; these are scanned on unit completion, and can be provided “On Request-FOC”. These documents are kept a minimum of 7 years from date of manufacture.

Extended Warranty–The Extended Warranty Plan extends the equipment’s original warranty for an additional 1 year parts and labor (US & Canada only). This plan provides unlimited labor, parts, and travel, along with priority phone and e-mail support. The Extended Warranty option is available only at the time of the original equipment order. It is not available once the unit has been delivered.

All service options are only valid at point of sale. Once you order the services for the corresponding products, Sheldon will mail you a work order documentation and in the meanwhile will hold the delivery of your products. Customers are required to fill the work order with your requirements such as calibration temperature point. After accomplish the work order, customers can either mail it back or Email scanned pdf to Sheldon(Email address will be provided in the work order). After receiving, Sheldon will conduct the services based on the work order.
